As the Sous Chef, you'll be the right hand to our Chef, ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently, upholding high food quality standards, and leading our talented kitchen crew. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist the Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring smooth workflow
  • Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring consistency and quality during service
  • Help with menu planning, recipe development, and executing new dishes
  • Manage all kitchen stations, ensuring efficiency and high food standards
  • Lead and mentor kitchen staff, providing training to elevate their skills
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling and storage procedures
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Coordinate and supervise prep work to ensure readiness for service
  • Solve operational challenges quickly, keeping service on track
  • Contribute to minimizing food waste through portion control and efficient ingredient use
​​​What We’re Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a professional kitchen setting, ideally in a leadership role
Skills: Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food prep, and safety standards
Attitude: Passion for leading and developing a team, with excellent communication skills
Work Ethic: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Safety Conscious: Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
