Who We Are:
Beyond HR, LLC is a rapidly scaling, Bookkeeping & Human Resources consulting firm that partners with small and medium sized businesses, nationwide, to provide bookkeeping, administration and human resources support. We help recruit the best team members, balance books, pay the bills and streamline workflows so owners can focus on growing their business!
What We Need:
- 10-20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule
- 1099 Engagement
- $20-$29/hour DOE
What You'll Do:
- Manage client QBO or Xero accounts (bonus points for knowing or being certified in both)
- Update and categorize bank feeds
- Process AP & AR
- Enter JEs
- Month End Close
- Produce financial reports for review with client and/or upper management
- Handle 1099 prep, sales tax and payroll reconciliations
- Process payroll as needed
- Execute accounting workflows on schedule
- Work independently but collaboratively
Must Have Equipment & Skills:
- Modern PC/Mac (≥ 1 GHz dual‑core, 8 GB RAM) + webcam
- 50 Mbps+ internet and a private, professional workspace
- Daily use of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, and niche tools (Gusto, ClickUp, Hubdoc, etc.)
- 3+ yrs client-facing QBO/Xero, full cycle close experience
- 3–5 yrs admin/EA background and at least 1 yr remote experience
- Rock‑solid confidentiality, impeccable integrity, and collaborative spirit
- Relentless attention to detail and deadlines
- Ownership mindset - identify issues, propose fixes, execute
- Clear concise communicator (email, phone & chat)
