Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate shipyard projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams to ensure projects meet specifications and timelines.
• Utilize Fieldwire software for scheduling, tracking, and reporting on project progress.
• Provide technical guidance and ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Manage resources, including labor and materials, to meet project objectives.
• Identify and resolve any project-related issues that arise.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Marine, Mechanical, or Civil preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in a shipyard or related industry.
• Proficiency in Fieldwire or similar project management software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with shipbuilding standards and regulations.
